Where and when:
The two-day event will take place at Elite Hotel Marina Tower, Saltsjöqvarns kaj 25, 131 71 Nacka, Sweden. You will be welcomed at the registration desk at the main entrance of the venue.
Upon arrival, show the QR code that you will have received by email a few days before the conference. The badge will be printed on-site.
Registrations start at 10:00 CET on Tuesday 2 May. The event kicks-off at 11:00 CET with the launch of the EU Sport Forum 2023 by the Master of Ceremony.
A cloakroom is available near the registration desk. It will be under surveillance at all times during the conference.
Sign Interpretation
The plenary session will take place in the Gyllene Salen room. There will be 3 English sign interpreters English on 2 and 3 May. English sign interpreters will be provided for all the plenary sessions.

How to reach the conference venue from Bromma and Arlanda airport
Shuttles buses have been arranged for all participants from both Arlanda and Bromma airports to the 3 hotels on the 1st of May and from the 3 hotels to the airports on the 3rd of May.

A Gala dinner will take place at Vasa Museum on the 2nd of May at 19:15-22:30

Please note that a guided tour will be offered to the participants who wish to visit the Vasa Museum. The tour will be available upon arrival.

Elite Hotel Marina Tower is approximately 20 minutes distance from Vasa Museum. Transportation will be provided.
ProfilHotels Nacka is approximately 40 minutes distance from Vasa Museum by public transportation (boat).
Park Inn Hotel is approximately 40 minutes distance from Vasa Museum by public transportation.
Transportation by boat will be provided from Elite Hotel Marina Tower with a departure at 19:00.
Dress code
The dress code will be Business casual.
Please note that inside the Vasa Museum the temperature will be 19° degrees, therefore we recommend you to bring an extra layer.
Yoga Session
A Morning Yoga session will take place in Solliden room on the 1st floor at Elite Hotel Marina Tower on Wednesday 3 May from 07:45 to 08:30.
Yoga mat and brick will be provided by the teacher.
